What User likes about Encore:
First, the service was excellent! We tried and shared several appetizers, and the crabs were fantastic—I'll definitely go back just for those! We also had mussels, Caesar salad, and shrimp skewers, all of which I would order again. The only suggestion I have is for them to expand the dessert menu; we found the selection a bit limited. What User doesn't like about Encore:
I made a reservation for the Valentine's special Chateaubriand for two, scheduled for 6:45 PM (they open at 5:00 PM) since there were no prior bookings. However, when we arrived, they informed us that the special was sold out! I mentioned softly that we had come specifically for that dish, and the waiter went to check if it was still available, only to confirm that we had missed out. If that was indeed the case, it r... The quality of eating was good and the service was good. I don't care how eating was shed. the steak was placed on the kartoffels that have soaked the potato with blood from the steak. the quality of eating should come first before a beautiful plate

The waitress we had was very friendly and efficient. The food was really good.

We found the setting quite nice, and the service excellent, but the fare fell short. I ordered the swordfish, and my wife the filet mignon. Both were nice servings, and well decorated plates. It was in flavor where they fell short. With so many fine dining options available, one should strive for flavor. Do not simply prepare the food. Flavor it.

Food was excellent and service was good. The only downfall was having to smell the Smoke filled Casino in order to get in and out.

Great restaurant to have dinner before a concert at the Skagit.
