What Thomas Grondin doesn't like about Du Sapin:
A single menu at 25 euros that is not very convincing. Charcuterie as a starter, homemade ravioli, frog legs, fromage blanc, cheese, tart. The list seems long but it scrolls at high speed because the portions are reduced. I prefer St Jean ravioli to those served and I never thought I would write that one day.
