Ventana Grand Cafe - Bournemouth

I have eaten here a few times, eating is amazing and that is matched by the attentive and professional front of the house staff. I'm looking forward to my next meal here.

Very good evening, table for five. very attentive waiter. the food was very good, three had frying chicken, one had steak and ale-pie and one fish chip. sweets were pavlowa, ice and cheesecake. great presentation and very tasty. value for money in the food, drinks a bit expensive, that is the same everywhere. would definitely recommend and would go back.

What a stunning place, the customer service is excellent and the breakfast good if they can find nothing they like, they need the fussiest eater and certainly went to the wrong place, eating excellent.

I enjoyed the cream tea, and the staff were great. However, the sandwiches were stale, the scones tasteless and dry, and the trays were cracked, which detracted from the overall experience.

An excellent lunch in a well appointed restaurant within an art deco hotel. The food and service was extremely good the price was really quite reasonable. I was lucky to find a parking space in the hotel, bearing in mind its superb position overlooking the sea. Having enjoyed coffee by the swimming pool, my guests and I all agreed to return ! Fantastic !
