what a beautiful, warm, welcoming atmosphere. friendly staff, good food and drink. eating is very cheap. we've been here for years because they welcome dogs. Our dog always comes with us, even as we don't have children, it's nice not to hear them as it is over 18. I hope this pub is always here. View all feedback.
What Broadhurst doesn't like about The Goat Tricycle:
It's been a while since we had been to the G&T, and it did not disappoint. Very friendly staff, and not too busy for a Saturday lunchtime. Great selection of real ales, I had a couple of pints of Dirty Rucker, they were showing the six nations rugby later. Nice freshly made sandwich for lunch. Worth searching out this pub. Some fine bluesy tunes by Hugh Budden Joe Curtis at The Goat and Tricycle last night with Edward Melvin Fox guesting on second set. Lovely and large establishments and live music was tucked away at the back garden area that was fully covered which also serves as a designated smoking area half of the space. Staff were efficient and courteous. Great venue!
Been here a few times but first time having food here, have to say food was excellent, decent portions at decent prices, service fast and friendly highly recommended
Lovely traditional pub that delivers everything including one of the finest array of drinks you could ask for, great food and friendly, terrific atmosphere.
What a wonderful quirky pub. We went with our pug and were greeted straight away by Ben. Lovely few drinks, then ate there the next night mighty fine selection of pies) So if you want a great pub with fabulous atmosphere please find this gem. Staff are great and the locals so friendly. Wish this was in my home town Thank you to all staff for making us feel welcome.
Excellent choice of food and drink. Great atmosphere and very friendly and accommodating staff. Bit difficult to find as off the beaten track, but worth it.
