China Dragon - Bournemouth

Slightly expensive than other Chinese restaurants in christchurch. the taste was above average for Nordic Chinese dishes and each dish comes in a large part. try it and they won't regret it.

Decided to try this as moved to the area, but unfortunately wouldn't order again. 2 Squid dishes were chewy, crispy noodles where not crispy at all, no beef in house special rice or noodle dishes, sauce is very liquidy and not much flavour. Overall not authentic or tasty food, the only pleasant thing was the guy who answered the phone provided great customer service

Best noodles and soups . I ordered few times from them and never been disappointed

I've had two of the set meals and both were excellent

I've tried China Dragon's food twice now, as I thought maybe the 1st time was just a bad day.. and I wish I didn't bother. The food didn't taste fresh at all, greasy as can be and the sweet and sour sauce... we tried dipping our chicken balls into it and it was like dipping into slime, no trace of the sauce stayed on the chicken balls at all. If you also actually go into the establishment you can see how disgusting and unclean they keep the place, and you're welcomed in by a huge fish tank that is completely green with algae as it's not been cleaned in months.
