I had only been once before, so I had questions about some of the drinks to which she rolled her eyes at all of them and didn't know answers to any of them. She finally called over her co-worker to come help me (she was very nice and knowledgeable). If all you are expected to do is sit at a window during your shift, I would expect for you to at least know your product well and deliver i … – show

The first two times I had it was perfect, these last two they did diet doctor pepper without letting me know which I couldn't even finish, and the 2nd I asked for a small, they charged and gave me a medium without repeating the order back, and they forgot the lime… That's the point of the loco nut drink. If there was no lime, let me know.
