Their coffee is well priced, compared to other places. If it's your first time, I recommend their donut holes or a breakfast sandwich.

When I asked the staff about their sugar-free flavors, the employee said there were too many to list and didn't want to share any with me. To make things worse, I was charged a dollar for a glass of water that I requested alongside my drink, even though I was with someone who didn't order water. When I called the store to ask about the water charge, I learned that it varies depending on the employee working that day, as to whether or not the water is complimentary.

The employee working there was... read more This afternoon (September 25, 2022), I had a disappointing experience at the first window where orders and payments are handled. The employee working there was not only unfriendly but also unhelpful. Since I had only visited the restaurant once before, I had a few questions about the drink options. Unfortunately, she rolled her eyes at every question and was unable to provide any answers. Thankfully, she eventually called over a co-worker who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I believe that if someone's main job is to interact with customers, they should be well-versed in the products and greet customers warmly. It might be better for this particular employee to be in a role that doesn't involve direct customer interaction.
