I was genuinely disappointed with m... read more The chicken egg roll was, as always, delightful. However, I'm sad to say that this time I can only give a three-star rating. I was genuinely disappointed with my meal for the first time. The noodles were cold, and the teriyaki chicken was riddled with gristle—there was so much that I couldn't finish it. Interestingly, the neighbor's dog seemed to enjoy it! I guess these things happen occasionally; sometimes you just have a disappointing meal. Nonetheless, I won't allow this experience to overshadow my generally positive history with Panda’s.

My husband and I arrived when the restaurant was almost empty, with only a couple of customers already eating. We were ready to order, but no one acknowledged us. Finally, a girl said, "Hi, what can I get you?" but just as I was about to speak, she started chatting with a coworker instead. It was clear she didn’t care about taking our order. She even took her time while my husband and I decided to leave. So, we just walked out. With service like this, it seems like this place is headed downhill.

Although they were extremely busy, the staff remained very friendly, served quickly, and the food was fresh and delicious.
