During my wait, I saw many other cust... read more I placed an online order and arrived on time, but ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes past my scheduled pickup time. During my wait, I saw many other customers arrive and get served immediately. When I inquired about my order—which was just a single dinner plate—I was informed that they were waiting for something to be cooked and it would take another 8-10 minutes. I also noticed that several other online orders were still waiting as well. My advice is to skip the online ordering; it's completely frustrating and a waste of time.

I had request... read more I placed a preorder at 6:00 PM for delivery at 7:30 PM. Unfortunately, some of the food arrived 15 minutes late and it wasn't even what I ordered. I had requested two larger plates: two orange chickens, Angus steak, Kung Pao chicken, spread beans chicken, and sweet and sour chicken. Instead, I received one plate of orange chicken and cheese leaves. I called Panda to ask for either a refund or a re-delivery, but they were neither prepared nor willing to accommodate my request. Now, I have to deal with a credit card charge dispute because Panda wants to keep the money for a tip, delivery, and food they didn't even deliver.

Instead of waiting to prepare a fresh batch of Beijing beef, they served me the last three pieces and called it a full portion. I'm not pleased about being charged the full price for such a small serving.

My husband and I arrived when the restaurant was almost empty, with only a couple of customers already eating. We were ready to order, but no one acknowledged us. Finally, a girl said, "Hi, what can I get you?" but just as I was about to speak, she started chatting with a coworker instead. It was clear she didn’t care about taking our order. She even took her time while my husband and I decided to leave. So, we just walked out. With service like this, it seems like this place is headed downhill.

Although they were extremely busy, the staff remained very friendly, served quickly, and the food was fresh and delicious.
