Fat Fish Bountiful
Fat Fish Bountiful
Description
Fat Fish pairs inventive, over-the-top sushi with solid Asian comfort dishes—pho, bento boxes, teriyaki and drunken noodles—earning praise for bold flavors and attentive service. The cute, family-friendly spot features a pleasant bar and clean restrooms, and servers often make the visit memorable. Occasional inconsistencies appear—small or cold takeout pieces, softer noodles, fattier beef, and some price/portion concerns—but adventurous sushi fans and families will find plenty to enjoy.

Delicious choices and a wide variety! We ordered two bento boxes—one with teriyaki chicken and the other with Korean beef—and one pho bowl (the number 2 from the pho menu). The flavors were incredible, and everything tasted fantastic! My only minor complaint is that the beef was a bit too fatty for my liking, but it was still enjoyable. Overall, I’d give the food a 5/5!
Our usual restaurant was closed, so we decided to explore somewhere new instead of waiting. I’m really glad we did! Everything we tried was incredibly delicious! We only focused on the sushi, but there are plenty of other choices available if raw fish isn't your thing. If you're interested in traditional rolls, you might find cheaper options elsewhere. However, if you're in the mood for exciting and unique sushi with over-the-top stuffed rolls, I highly recommend giving Fat Fish a try!
I spent a lot of money and felt like I got gas station sushi. It was absolutely terrible. When I ordered, the app said my food would be ready for pickup an hour later. I took it home, and all the tempura was cold. The shrimp and sushi rolls were incredibly small and definitely not worth the price. Honestly, you're better off getting sushi from a gas station or Smith's.
The staff here is fantastic. The young lady who assisted us was incredibly attentive. The sushi was extraordinary; I tried the Jose and the Kiss of Death. I will definitely return when I'm back in town. Food: 5/5
My wife doesn’t particularly enjoy sushi, but she found something else on the menu that she liked, while the rest of us indulged in sushi. She really enjoyed the teriyaki chicken, and I was quite pleased with the two rolls I ordered! We learned about this place from some family members, and it definitely lived up to the hype. Food: 5/5
