Parking is limited to the right side of the building, which may seem like it belongs to another business, but it is shared among the various businesses in the larger building. The restaurant is kid-friendly, as I have seen children there and it is a family-friendly establishment. The front door is wheelchair accessible, being on the same level as the sidewalk, and the inside is spacious and open.
I called at 7:40 to order a cheesesteak and was informed that they could make my food, but they claimed to be open. I don't understand why they would be open if their kitchen is closed. It shouldn't be difficult to clean up the kitchen after closing. It seems like everyone just wants to go home. The service was very poor today at Mr. Subs.
Best spot in bound brook, but this place is #1. My Sub bread was so soft it literally melted in my mouth. Everything tasted so fresh. My only thing was i wanted them to put mayo on both sides of the bread, not just one. But all good. Will be coming hereagain
So I ordered a sub they made a mistake and I wrote wrote a review on it. Mr. subs went above and beyond to take care of me I really appreciate what they did they saw a problem they reached out and rectified it. They offered me my money back and even afree sub I didn?t want the money back because their food is usually really good I ended up getting a free sub. When I went topick up my sub they were very apologetic and actually gave me a full meal for free and if there was any other problems in thefuture to just contact them directly so they can justify the situation. Really really great customer service and in this day inage it?s really hard to get that since a lot of businesses do not care about their customers anymore Mr. sub does and it showed.Thank you
