Every time I place a mobile order, they make me wait at least 10 minut... read more This experience has truly convinced me that I won’t be returning to this Dunkin’ anymore. Every time I place a mobile order, they make me wait at least 10 minutes before telling me they don’t have what I ordered, which is so frustrating. Today was no different, and I ended up being late for work because of it, even though I ordered 10 minutes in advance. On another occasion, I ordered a peppermint mocha iced latte, and after waiting in the pick-up line for five minutes, the employee asked me to repeat my order. He walked away before I could finish and ended up giving me a caramel latte instead. When I pointed out that it wasn’t what I ordered, he insisted it was a peppermint mocha. After taking a sip, I realized it was not right, and before I could say anything, he claimed he had added the syrup. Instead of remaking it, he just dumped peppermint mocha syrup into the caramel latte. There always seems to be an issue at this location. They really need to improve their service. I won't be coming back for a long time.
