We received the wrong order during our visit, receiving some incredibly disappointing donuts that were dry and hard. When we called to address the issue, they told us to come in the next day. Unfortunately, when we returned, the manager was extremely rude and claimed it wasn't their problem. To make matters worse, we noticed cockroaches in the establishment—really disgusting! Absolutely terrible location. The staff are rude. The place is dirty. The bathrooms are even more disgusting.But mainly the staff are just terrible. Normally, i know what to get. It just so happened that the day i decide to get something different, the staff tries to hurry me up or tell me to leave because I'm loitering. like what?! I can't decide on what to order?I didn't get anything. I took my money elsewhere.
