When I got home, I discovered that the worker had forgotten to include both the nuggets and chicken fries. I called the restaurant and went back to address the issue, but the employee was extremely rude. She did not apologize for the oversight; instead, she insisted that she had only forgotten the chicken fries and claimed that the nuggets were included. She even wagged her finger at me, accusing me of being unreasonable for wanting more nuggets. The worker refused to listen to my concerns and proceeded to lock the door right in front of me. This experience is utterly unacceptable. She made the mistake, then created additional trouble for me by forcing me to return, while somehow managing to place the blame on me. I have never encountered such poor service at any other Burger King location. I really hope the manager reviews the security footage to clarify what happened. Where did the missing nuggets end up? Were they in my bag or mistakenly given to another customer? Perhaps the nuggets were never included at all? While a simple chicken nugget may seem trivial, this situation brings into question the employee's integrity and work ethic.

My orders are consistently delicious, exactly what you crave from a Burger King. The staff here are top notch too friendly and on point with my orders. It's become my go to spot for a quick and satisfying lunch. Highly recommend!
