This place used to be good but their customer service and food needs to improve. I’m kind to those that show up to work but this place needs to understand that as a consumer we keep your business afloat. Anyways, when I said the tres leches was undercooked and it had an old taste I wasn’t asking for 3 additional pieces as if I was asking for charity. We enjoy dining at this restaurant, although the service can be lacking at times. However, we understand that we're all human. Despite this, there seems to be a recurring issue with errors when ordering over the phone. This has happened to me on seven separate occasions now - I pick up my order, only to discover upon arriving home that I have received the wrong items. It's frustrating to have to double-check everything to ensure I have the correct food. It seems that they may be overwhelmed and too busy to properly review orders.
Great food and the staff inside were very friendly even though they looked over worked and short staffed.
I really enjoy the food at this restaurant. The service can be a bit slow when dining in, but the overall experience is great thanks to the delicious food and friendly staff. I will definitely return for the tasty grilled ribs!
