Great spot to go as a family to take our buff to breakfast. Friendly service and a wide assortment of wonderful breakfast items ranging from a decadent fried pancake to a vegan breakfast bowl, our family enjoyed it all!
5/5 ALL AROUND. Yes, plan to wait if you’re coming on the weekend/busy times can’t call ahead and have to be there in person to mark your spot in line. The veggie omelette was amazing, and the pancakes are greats.
We have always had a good experience here, food service is always good
Pretty much the worst...go to the village at least their snark goes well with coffee.
Been coming here for 20+ years. There is almost always a wait here, but they move through it quickly. Best to expect 20-30 minutes on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Once you're seated though, the service is fast, the food consistently good. The wait staff is always extremely friendly, and prices are very reasonable, especially if you add on a couple of $1 Bloody Mary's or Mimosas.
The Buff in Boulder offers a charming atmosphere with excellent service and delicious food. While some customers were disappointed by missing menu items or mistakes in their orders, others raved about the great vibes and tasty dishes, such as the Diego Burger and vegan options. Despite occasional hiccups and busy crowds, loyal customers appreciate the consistent quality and reasonable prices. If you're willing to wait for a table, you'll be rewarded with a satisfying meal at this beloved breakfast spot that has been a staple in the Boulder community for years.

This place is great!! We had to wait about 30min to get in but, it was worth it. We tried the skillets as well as eggs Benedict. The presentation was awesome as well as the taste. We had one problem with one of the skillets we ordered as it was ordered “over medium” but came out very much “over easy”. Regardless the skillet was still enjoyable. Also the mimosas and **** Mary’s are only 99¢ if you order an entre!! Overall everyone was very friendly and we had great food.
The service and the food were great. When Buffalo is over and say hello to Sydney. She's a great server. Have fun today. Only what they need to add is an Omelet and or skill with more meat. I'm thinking of an omelet with bacon, sausage and ham. Call it a meat eater, Josh or something.
Love this place!! Awesome Vibes inside and outside, loved the terrace seating, our waitress of Ocala was great and the Diego Burger was seriously one of the best burgers I ever had. Absolutely explode with taste!
You probably have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for a table, but worth it. Brunch is great and fresh. I think the pancake is probably the best I have. Service is also good. I really enjoy my time there.
Always the move to breakfast. The food is so good and fresh. Get out very fast. Service is as attentive and friendly as busy they are. Buff Breakfast Sandwich with avocado is the way to go. Big portions. My friends love the skill. Good view of the Flatirons when you sit outside/near a window. Waiting time will be long in the weekend morning because everyone in Boulder is hungry, but this is part of the experience.

This restaurant is truly fantastic. As someone who works in the restaurant industry and is visiting from out of town, I can say that this place is definitely worth recommending to all my friends. Despite being busy, the food and service were exceptional. Our server, Porsha, was fabulous.
Love this place, my wife grew up in boulder and we've been coming here since it was in the best western parking lot. love the new place with the same great food. highly recommend this place over and over again.
I'm not usually a big fan of breakfast food but this is my all time favorite place to eat when I'm in Boulder. I LOVE their gluten-free pancakes. I had the lemon pecan the first time I ate there and the gronola ones this time. Both were amazing!!!
I don't even know where to begin with this restaurant review! From the exceptional host who greeted us immediately, to the delicious coffee – a special shout out to the Dirty Hippie – and the amazing food, I absolutely loved my experience at Buff. The potatoes were perfectly seasoned, satisfying this salt-loving mama. And let's not forget about the Dirty Hippie coffee – well-spiced and smooth. The staff was fantastic and accommodating to the overflowing brunch crowd. Special mention to the lovely and cheerful lady with purple hair and silver eyeshadow. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, with a mirror that I wanted to take home, and the hand soap smelled divine.
Perennial favorite breakfast/ brunch spot in Boulder! Try a pacific bene on a biscuit instead of a muffin!
