Rincon Del Sol remains one of my favorite spots to eat in Boulder. Recently, I enjoyed the spinach enchiladas while my wife had the nachos, and both dishes were outstanding. Every meal I've had here has been excellent. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food and drinks, the staff is welcoming, and the place is always spotless. I went for dinner with my wife and in-laws and once again had a fantastic experience. The staff was warm and made us feel right at home. If you haven't visited this restaurant yet, you're truly missing out on amazing food and genuine hospitality. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I’ve attached photos of the “que... read more I’ve never written a review for a restaurant before, especially a negative one, but the food at Rincon Del Sol was truly awful. I’ve attached photos of the “queso” we received. The waiter only checked on us a few times and never explained that the two-for-one margaritas were per person. Even though we only had one each, we were charged full price for both. Considering how much we spent on such terrible food, it must be the only way they stay in business, as I can’t imagine anyone coming back.
