Well, it 's unfortunate, because I know the system, and the system is dumb. My experience at this ihop is usually pretty ok, but the Google maps app asked, specifically, about how my last visit was. Yesterday, on my birthday, we showed up around 10:30p. The cook had to tell the server 3 times people were waiting to be seated. When we arrived, they were only two tables in use. Just blatant not caring about the job, and I say this, because it gets worse. As we 're being seated, someone else comes in and she sees him at the same time. Before asking what we wanted to drink, she took the people who came in behind us order, their entire order, then after they got their food we were asked if we were ready. We had to tell her we wanted soft drinks, she didn 't ask. No refills. How 's everything here ok good as the waitress walks by as fast as possible without giving us a chance to respond. Then a party of 15 zoomers showed up and the place was very very loud suddenly. Not anyone 's fault, but I knew immediately that our bad service was going to immediately get even worse. And I wasn 't wrong.
