I was a bit disappointed to find that the Nitro India Brown Ale was unavailable, as the keg had just run out. However, I thoroughly enjoyed two glasses of their Parc Mosaic American Pale Ale. My friends and I decided to try the Bru Pizza, a menu staple, and it did not disappoint. It had a delightful mix of sweet and savory flavors, enhanced by its light, thick crust. The chile-soy glazed wings were incredibly tasty, and I'm pretty sure I could have devoured a whole order by myself. Next time I visit, I know the wings will be a must-order, but I also want to explore other pizza options on the menu. Overall, Bru is a fantastic choice for casual dining, whether you're planning a date night, a get-together with friends, or a relaxing happy hour with coworkers in Boulder. It was refreshing to escape the crowded happy hour spots on Pearl St and Walnut St and instead enjoy this hidden gem on Arapahoe. I highly recommend Bru and can't wait to return soon!

The menu isn't very large but there was a great diversity of food that you can pick from. The Thai soup was tasty but fairly spicy. The Caesar salad was great as well. There was a nice selection of beer and the lemongrass one and the pumpkin one we had were very good.
