Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Feedback

What John Stratford likes about Capriotti's Sandwich Shop:
It's a takeout sandwich joint with great food. I'm all about the cheesesteak (with hot and sweet peppers). My wife is locked into the wagyu beef French dip with grilled onions. Maybe the experience of a bone in my Bobbie sandwich turned me off, but it was more the attitude there that this happens all the time and no big deal. It was large enough to have choked on or broken a tooth. I expected, at the least, a coupon for later or remake the sandwich. I won't be going here again. The floor was all torn up and the place was not comfortable overall to sit and eat. View all feedback.
