When ou... read more We’ve visited this restaurant several times before and have always received good service, but today was different. We had a 40-minute wait for our food. When our order arrived, it included an item we had requested to exclude. Additionally, the fish batter was excessively oily. Our waitress only checked on us when we were nearly finished with our meal.

I was really taken with the vin... read more We arrived at 1:30 PM knowing the restaurant closed at 2 PM, but they seated us promptly and greeted us with lovely hospitality. I was really taken with the vintage decor, complete with charming lamps and detailed molding. The food was outstanding! I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger, and I appreciated that the server asked how I’d like it cooked – a nice personal touch! The sauce was incredible, and the sweet potato fries were delicious as always. My friend opted for the vegetarian omelette, which was packed with fresh veggies and had exceptional eggs. The mama's fries were also a highlight, perfectly seasoned. Thank you so much for accommodating us so close to closing time and for the top-notch food!

No. But it also wasn't worth a second visit. I got chicken and waffles. Frozen chicken tenders on top of a slightly overcooked waffle. My wife got biscuits and gravy, which was OK (bland gravy and unseasoned hash browns).Everything was edible, but nothing that I would have expected from the very high google reviews for the place.On a positive note, the coffee was good and the service was friendly
