The mail claims... read more We've made a reservation for this hotel months in advance. A few days before our stay, I got a notification that the reservation was cancelled. The mail claims we were informed about that possibility due to renovations, but honestly, we weren't. So we were completely surprised. If I had known upfront, I would have booked another hotel, as I have a major ultra trail running race the morning after our stay. Finding another place to stay on such short notice and during a very busy weekend is almost impossible. Renovations don't happen overnight, and you know well upfront if they're taking more time than planned. Having a heads-up earlier would have saved a lot of trouble and would have shown you care about your customers.

The breakfast buffet is rich, fresh and varied products with the possibility of cooking shell eggs and pancakes at the minute. the restaurant's cuisine is fine and creative with seasonal products. the staff is attentive and friendly. the situation is quiet, the magnificent view of the bouillon castle and the valley of the sower. a very good value for money. we recommend this hotel restaurant.
