One of the worst restaurants in the Tim Hortons chain. Update... Thanks to the manager who served me my coffee this morning at the window... I expected her to apologize for the bad service I had received the day before but no, she told me that she almost lost her job because of me and she asked me why I came to this restaurant if I was not satisfied with the service... So at this Tim Hortons, there is no has no desire to improve customer service. It's the employees who insult the customers... Obviously, a formal complaint will be sent to Tim Hortons head office.
