Food: OK Service: cold, zero warm! The waitress was not welcoming at all. Atmosphere: too noisy, not warm. This was the first time I was asked to leave the restaurant cold and dry to free our table to give to other customers. It had only been 10 minutes since we finished eating... One of the best breakfasts/brunch on the shouth shore. There are so many choices. Be sure to try the Monteregie plates. The avocado/salmon toast is also an amazing option. The staff is really nice and service is fast. Expexct some waiting time if you arrive after 10 during the weekend. I arranged to meet a friend at this restaurant because we hadn't seen each other for a very long time. She lives in Montreal and I live on the South Shore. We wanted to get halfway there, so we said to ourselves, we're going to discover this restaurant that seemed interesting to me. My friend from Montreal hit the traffic to come join me at 9:30 a.m. We had a lot of time to catch up and talk. At 12:00 p.m. the waitress came to tell us that we had to leave because the place was reserved. For the first time in my life, we were kicked out of the restaurant altogether. We were behind! You have to have some nerve. A Monday morning. With still room in the restaurant. Nothing was mentioned to us when we arrived. We laughed about it! However, this will be our last visit. Petinos is a great brunch place, I really enjoy it. It is my number one place to go if I want a good breakfast meal. The portion has a good size, and the coffee is pretty good. I have tried many Petinos, but the one next to the outlet is one of my favorites. Way to go Petinos, stay with this good service and food. I will go back and I recommend it.
