I've been there with 5 other people and everybody love the meal. For myself, the bloodpudding was delicious and I let other people taste it and they were all please with the taste and the présentation of the food. Everyone concluded with a " will come back" comments. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Le Sanglier:
Negatives-: service is not attentive and seems forced. Employees who work there don't make eye contact with the customers, seem to be annoyed at times and generally do not appear to be happy to work there. Employees do not smile. Atmosphere suffers as a result. - overall atmosphere (music, lighting, etc) is lacking- cocktails were hit and miss (**** caesar was good but mojito was just ok-) if everything worked great... If you visit this restaurant you should order the best dish that it is pork in syrup sauce it is magnificent, extraordinary well prepare like no other place. It is a small restaurant nicely but simply decorate with good service . Very recommended
The Boss is a huge stuffed wild boar head mounted on the kitchen wall. Sanglier is French for wild boar and this meat makes it on the menu in the form of delicious caramelized braised ribs. This is a hip new place in the Lionel-Daunais area with youthful chefs and cooking staff. A bar with seating for 10 surrounds a partially open kitchen and small, square tables fill the rest of the space. The menu offers a tasty selection of tapas-style appetizers served directly on wood trays/lumber ties, which you can order for 1, 2, 3 or more people. The number of choices increases with the number of people sharing and the price is adjusted accordingly. Main courses are also offered to complete the meal if one is still peckish. Wines are offered by the bottle or the glass. Service was knowledgeable, friendly and professional
I truly want to support these guys, but I have to be honest and lower my rating by one star after my recent experience.
