I was in a bit of a rush this morning, mentioned it to the waitress and BOOM, my favorite breakfast in less than 10 minutes. Never got it this good even on a slow day . Thank you Cora for a great experience. View all feedback.
What Jazmin Dare doesn't like about Cora Breakfast & Lunch:
They may have been the first to start the breakfast fast food fad, but they are no longer keeping up. Their prices have gone through the roof, The available space is limited (crowded) View all feedback.
Went for breakfast with my husband ordered Rosemary Sunday assuming it would have the old delicious blueberry pancakes well they arrived and yuck they tasted like cake mix even overwhelming the maple syrup. Waitress explained they changed to pancake mix and it takes like cheap cake mix. Why change what was good because of expansion?overpriced.
We went there for a work trip. It’s a classical cora restaurant. The service was quick but no so friendly. Good food in general but nothing exceptional.
Can't fault the service, they did everything they could to find something on the menu for my daughter who cannot consume soy or MSG. That was a challenge because even the oil on the griddle had soy in it, along with all the bread and seasoning. She settled for an omelette because it could be cooked in a pan and it was OK, it came with a salad with no dressing and some fruit for which we paid extra. Although I prefer not to eat soy or MSG I don't have the same problem as my daughter so I had the Cora's Special and what a disappointment that was: I had asked for dry toast after finding out Cora used margarine, it looked dry but when I turned it over it had been oiled with something, the potatoes were burned and cold, the bacon was so thin I couldn't eat it with a fork, it was also tasteless. The ham was chewy, the pancake overly sweet as was the nondescript syrup. The one and only sausage, the egg whites and the tomato were the only acceptable things on the plate. This was our first visit to Cora and will be our last, while giving the impression of serving wholesome food, it was more comparable to junk food, although I suspect McDonald's breakfast offerings would have been more palatable. At a cost of $33.18 for our two meals, it was not good value for the money. I don't know who Cora was but I somehow doubt she would be pleased having her name associated with what was served up to us...
So much fruit with the breakfast meals!! I have to admit having an allergy to kiwi I was nervous because every pic of food I saw on their website had kiwis
Service was great and there is a big selection of food There was no wait on a weekday late morning.
