Most of the time, the staff member takin... read more On March 20, 2022, at 3:15 PM, I visited this restaurant's drive-thru location, which is conveniently close to my home. Most of the time, the staff member taking my order has been polite but seems robotic in their approach. However, today was a pleasant surprise. The woman on the intercom was incredibly friendly, and her warmth continued when I reached the window. It was genuinely refreshing to encounter someone so sweet and authentic, especially compared to the usual robotic service. I forgot to check for her name tag, but I just wanted to express my gratitude for the lovely smile!
