Yes, my order wasn’t started until 15 minutes after the app indicated it would be ready, but within a minute of stepping inside, I was greeted and reassured that my order would be prepared immediately. Our lunch turned out to be fantastic, thanks to the team behind the counter. Everything was delicious and fresh. If you have a meeting scheduled, don't take it out on the staff if you didn’t plan ahead. It's not their fault!

Whenever I visit this Qdoba, they always seem to be short employees and hurry to try to operate the long line. Even with very few employees sometimes short on food, they always take place and try to make it right.

Came here for the first time with my girlfriend and everyone was absolutely wonderful. The Queso was amazing and the staff was very helpful and checked with us after our food.

I would advise against dining here, especially during off-hours. The Wi-Fi and suspended tables with chairs are unique, but the customer service is outstanding!

I ordered the new Birria quesadilla for lunch, and Roy was my server. He offered great suggestions to enhance the flavor, and even took extra care to make it crispy just the way I like it. It was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Roy!
