I enjoy dining at this restaurant and frequently bring different friends here. I visit this place almost every week. However, today I had a negative experience with the waiter who became upset when I left a small tip. I ended up giving her an extra tip, but I did not appreciate the way she spoke to me about it. It was quite rude. Unfortunately, since she is the only waiter there, this will be my last time dining at this restaurant.
The drinks and food were delicious. The issue I had was with the song choices for karaoke - mostly in Korean. While I don't mind Korean songs, I felt they needed more English options. Additionally, the hostess made us feel unwelcome, rushing through interactions and not providing much help. They also neglected to check on our food and drink needs. Overall, we probably won't return to this establishment.
We were once regular customers here, but we have stopped coming because of the poor customer service. We attempted to order some chicken when the restaurant was almost empty. The waitress continued to insist that we wait for the full party, even though there were plenty of available tables. They even laughed at us as we expressed our frustration. We left feeling hungry and upset.
Love Chicken Prince!!! Great atmosphere, amazing crispy and still juicy chicken. The waitress was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Love the food here. The chicken and spicy rice cake picture is very sad because I always forget to take when the food comes. Lol. Alcoholic beverages not shown
This is a fantastic karaoke bar/restaurant North of Seattle! I recommend visiting this restaurant whether you want a delicious roasted chicken or find a late evening place to hang out. Her fried chicken is delicious, and you can say that they are with fresh chicken instead of a frozen, and none of these fresh frozen bs. Besides their chicken they also have Dduckboki, and I recommend a creamy if you don't like spicy food. The waitress is attentive to my needs. I will regularly become this hidden gem with their extraordinary customer service. I recommend visiting this restaurant/caraoke bar.
