The other day I visited this restaurant and was very impressed with the service I received from Jacob. The sandwich I ordered was delicious and the cookie was perfect. I will definitely be returning for more sandwiches in the future. View all feedback.
What Karen P doesn't like about Subway:
Don’t go to this Subway! The line is a disgusting mess with slimy lettuce and spotty tomatoes. The bread was stale and the place looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in quite a while. It took about 15 minutes to get our sandwiches and there were only two people in line ahead of us. After opening the sandwiches and taking a bite, we ended up tossing the them in the trash. The store owner is rude and totally not respectful of his staff membersToday the store was flooding and with the staff that was working trying to frantically get ahold of the store manager who did not answer his phone and when he did he told them to stay open not having any care for his employees’s safety at all. I would not recommend this place to anybody
I am a fan of Subway, but this particular location is chaotic. They often make you wait a long time while they prioritize making sandwiches for online orders. If you request your sandwich to be toasted, they may start making someone else's sandwich while yours is toasting, causing you to be skipped and have to wait even longer. When I visited today, the employees were arguing and the woman at the counter made me wait while she restocked condiments. The flatbread was also stale. When I ordered a meal, the employee kept asking if I wanted chips and a drink, seemingly unaware that it is included in a meal. When I pointed this out, she gave me a rude look. I understand that working at a busy Subway can be tough, but having three employees during peak hours could help alleviate many of these issues.
Much better service than the last time. Prompt service was appreciated.
The restaurant did not have freshly made bread, and the limited amount they had was hard and stale.
