Used the drive through to place my order and to i... read more Called for 20 minutes (7:30-7:50) no one answered the phone. Drove by the store to see three employees inside. Used the drive through to place my order and to inform them that I had tried to call for 20 minutes. I was told the phone had not been working all day. I placed my order to be told that there were 4 orders in front of me and that I would have to wait 20 mins. As I am currently waiting I watched one employee handle my food (wings) with her hands, the young man dropped the bag of wings on the floor. I was told to wait in the front of the store for my order. Just a crazy thought but maybe an apology regarding the phone, a smile would be nice, not throw the wings on the floor, get off your personal cell phones and definitely DO NOT EVER touch a customers food without wearing gloves. I also recommend hair nets! I completely understand the phone issue.
