I thought it was a lovely place to enjoy some history and a meal. Hostesses could have been more friendly. The waitress was fabulous. The food was okay to very good, but not great. The lobster rolls, both hot and cold, were very good, and so were the oysters. The mac and cheese with lobster was good. The broiled scrod, crab cakes and clam chowder were bland and just okay. The clamshell chowder was everything you'd expect it to be, served with the corn bread it was delightful. I also had the surf turf was amazing and finished with a chocolate lava cake. Very happy with the whole experience View all feedback.
