My family I have been excited to try Tuscan Kitchen for a while now, and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. out of the of us ordered pasta entreés, and they were all overcooked, mushy, and watery. The appetizers were not great, and our server didn't seem to enthusiastic to be there either. The one great part was the cocktails. I don't think we'll be back View all feedback.
Enjoy time and food here. The place is clean and the bathrooms are clean, which is important. The food was amazing! We are all and have nothing negative to say about food. The reception we received was excellent and the service was excellent. Come back here. Thank you for taking care of us.
We had the Beef Tartare, Scampi, Lobster Carbonara, Potatoes side, Tiramisu and some Sorbets. Overall, the food was fine. Beef Tartare was served on hot potatoes that cooked the beef a little and not as tender. Lobster was overtaken again, not tender. Apart from that, I enjoyed everything else. I would have gone with a 3 star, but I have to make a 1 star because of the setting of the server. We had to wait for them for a while, which is unhappy, albeit understandable, but what surprised me was the way they dug the Tiramisu into the box. They offered to fight for us what was great, but opening after I came home made me feel very disdained. We could have done it ourselves. Bottomline, it does not take much effort to box something nice, or just let the customers do it themselves. I'm not coming back.
Very veranda restaurant. I was intimidated first, but quickly settled. I ordered the braided short ribs. I expected it to have the rib bones, unfortunately it did not, but the missing bones made it no less appetite. It was disgusting. I can't remember the name of the drink? but it wasn't sweet or bitter the perfect balance??
First, this place has the most disgusting Panna Cotta ever. Try soooo funny. But they have one of the best crab cakes I had. Prime Steak tartare was decent The meatball tastes terrible, the texture is muddy and tastes like artificial meat. The lobster Ravioli was fine. The dough is nicely cooked not too hard or soft, but the filling was quite common and I could not really taste the lobster. Now the $65 24 months old cheese was an epic mistake. We felt like the cook didn't burn the brandy in the cheese properly, so the whole dish tasted just like alcohol. Couldn't taste the cheese. We complained and wanted to give it back, but they didn't leave us and asked us to ask one without alcohol next time. but it won? Lava chocolate cake was good.
A bit on the pricier side but food is worth the price. Pretty good Italian food and steak in the seaport area after a night out bowling at King's or a walk by the sea. I would recommend it as a fancier date spot. Would definitely like to come back to try more of their menu : I had the gnocchi which tasted as good as it looked!
