The absolute best service in a local Boston bars. Kaleigh the bartender gives amazing service and makes the ordinary cocktails and recommends large drinks on and on menu. Total phenomena! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Wild Rover:
This is a fun ok place. Nothing different than any regular bar. Has a nice fully stocked bar down stairs when you come in and a second floor dance floor with two bars. I would say it is just a normal quick place to get a drink but nothing much makes it memorable enough to say I want to come back. I rate it average View all feedback.
Good place to get cocktails when the Black Rose is packed, oh and it is connected to Sissy K's.
Visited for the first time this past Saturday with old friends. Was initially greeted by a very friendly door man and then sat at a table on the main floor. Drink prices were about the same as most bars in the city but the food was a surprising hit! They have karaoke every night which is a bonus
A fun night out with plenty of music, charaoke, and drinks. The only downside is that the drinks are very overpriced $8 for a 6oz plastic cup filled to the top with ice. If you're willing the spend that money on alcohol, then you'll have a good time for sure.Edit in response to the owner's comment: I would not say I was disappointed with the experience, I enjoyed myself. That's the most important part. The beers were priced fairly and, as mentioned, were in the 10 12oz range. However, the mixed drinks (i.e. vodka cranberry) were certainly not 10oz cups last night. That is simply false I'm not sure if it was a fluke. Regardless, I'd still recommend this place for a fun night out.
Had a wonderful time there the other night singing Karaoke with friends from work visiting Boston.
Good place with a nice atmosphere. Great DJ and music. Weak and watered down drinks thought.
