The food was pretty good. For starters and a light lunch, the soups were excellent - clam chowder and French onion. The crab and pork belly rolls were just okay. The atmosphere and service were excellent! We would definitely come back for dinner. View all feedback.
Cool Irish spot for drinks and food. Features an open room with darts, corn hole, and plenty of tables. Also has a large bar for watching sports and relaxing historic vibe with excellent service!
They have a free comedy night here on Sundays starting at 8pm and I really enjoyed it. This is my first time attending a comedy night in Boston in over ten years. It was a great group of comics and plenty of space for everyone to sit comfortably. This isa casual beers type of place. The food looked okay but no culinary masterpieces. I'd come here for the comedy night but theregular bar area wasn't so lively when we came in beforehand.
I attended the free comedy show at this restaurant on Sunday at 8 o'clock and had a great time. It was my first time enjoying a comedy night in Boston in over a decade. There was a large group of comedians and plenty of seating available. The atmosphere was relaxed, perfect for enjoying a casual beer. The food looked good, but it wasn't anything extraordinary. I would definitely recommend coming here for the comedy night, although the regular bar area seemed a bit less lively when we arrived earlier.
Green Briar is closing this week, but I thoroughly enjoyed my visits while it was open! The food, especially the pretzels, is delicious and the staff is always welcoming. They will be missed.
