Always a good time on Friday, my waitress was very nice.

I really had a good time .My waiter was nice and we had a good time and the food was delicious !!!!!

I was very disappointed with the service we received on 10/14. I had made a reservation for a party of 9 at 10 o'clock. Despite expecting the restaurant to be busy, it was surprisingly not. We waited for 30 minutes for our drinks after being seated, only to find that they were terrible. We informed our waitress about the drinks, but had to wait another 30 minutes before some drinks arrived and some did not. I had to ask three times for a second drink, which I never received and only noticed when I got home. This upset me greatly and made me want to leave. When our food arrived, there were no utensils on the table and my friend's burger was completely burnt. He asked for a new one. We asked to speak to the manager due to the slow service and overall poor experience. The manager assured us she would take care of it and ended up giving us a 20% discount on the bill, along with a business card attached to the branch manager. However, she did not personally hand us the bill and disappeared without following up. The service lacked organization and leadership, from the waitress to the manager. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend this TGIF location. I suggest going somewhere else.

The food was tasty and worth the price. We had a reservation for a regular table, but upon arrival, we were seated in the bar area at a high table due to the lack of regular tables available. It was noisier in the bar area. The waitress took our orders correctly, but did not check on us frequently, even though we tried to get her attention. We waited 45 minutes at the kitchen entrance to request our check.

Everything was wonderful. The host could have been more attentive.
