Recently got a takeout of the meat combo special with pulled pork, bbq brisket, and pulled chicken for lunch. Everything on the plate was a tad bland, and without the dipping sauces on the side, it would’ve been difficult. The meats were still tender, but except for the brisket, they lacked umami flavor.
