Starbucks - Boston

I've visited this restaurant a few times, and compared to many others, this one stands out as a favorite for me. The service is highly attentive and well-managed. The seating areas are beautifully designed, creating a friendly atmosphere. The vanilla sweet cream was delicious here. The bathrooms were also in perfect condition, making for a very pleasant overall experience!

I waited an astonishing 45 minutes for my coffee. When I asked if my order had been misplaced in the queue, the barista told me that drinks were being prepared at different times and then proceeded to ignore me. This experience was incredibly frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this place unless you have an extra hour to spare. Ridiculous!

I always order the same thing – the tall blonde roast. I'm not sure what changed, but this is the best Starbucks coffee I've ever had! The mobile pickup is quick and convenient, and there is plenty of outdoor seating available!

The service was terrible; it took 30 minutes to prepare five frappuccinos, and the staff seemed completely unengaged. We won’t be returning.
