I had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the establishment was clean. They helped me, a non-coffee drinker, make decisions on what to order. There are a few people that work here who are fantastic, but a select few who are not. I came in once for a mobile order and had to interrupt the girl from her gossip session to ask her for my mobile order during a double star day morning. They also don 't believe in the concept of 'light ice ' in any shape or form. Love that the ones that are good remember my name so I can pick up my mobile order quickly.

Located in the heart of the city, close to 333 Washington Street in Boston, Watch and Clock Repair is a spacious and popular spot for locals and visitors alike. It is a great place to people-watch in one of the most vibrant cities.
There were no outlets available and I was unable to connect to the wifi. Apart from that, everything else was satisfactory at the restaurant.
The restaurant was extremely welcoming and tidy. The staff assisted me, a non-coffee drinker, in making a choice and also went out of their way to celebrate my friend's birthday, even though he missed the app notification by a day. Thank you very much, guys.
