One reviewer found the portions did not match the prices, citing a $34 appetizer that was lacking in size. Another diner was unimpressed by the lobster roll and service quality, with watered-down drinks and long wait times. However, those who enjoyed their experience praised the seafood offerings and friendly staff, particularly servers like Joseph and Jeremy. Overall, while some diners were left wanting more, others found The Banks to be a delightful addition to their list of go-to restaurants.
Jeremy was terrific. He was our waiter and so attentive to make sure we were pleased with our selections. The Hirassa crudo was fantastic!! Very original menus with staples as well. Wonderful evening made very special by our waiter Jeremy.
Great experience! Delicious food and excellent service.
I had high expectations, but it was just okay. The amount of food for the price you pay is not good. While the Squid Ink Tortellini was tasty, it cost $34 and was an appetizer size at best.
Great lobster roll! Just be aware of the time cause in the afternoon they only have the bar menu available which was just ok
Ordered a b bunch of appetizers three out of five were good. The other two were horrible. The scallop crudo was on some kind of mess of something stale/inedible that resembled a Funion and there was a piepce of very large paper in the octopus dish (probably a wrapper for one of the ingredients). Really bad. I've been here many times, and this was by far the worst one.
