we had dinner in the french quarter to make a show in the theater next door. the service was excellent and we loved our entrees. a fraught beer was sent back because it tasted skunked. the waiter was super friendly and very efficient. unfortunately we have ordered a disc king cake for dessert. it was extremely dried and was like eating teacake. I would never order the cake again. but my shrimp etouffeee was delicious... View all feedback.
This is the only restaurant in Boston that serves Louisiana food. Everywhere else that says they do uses Nashville spices, which is southern but not the real deal. From a Louisiana-Boston girl, thank y’all for doing a fabulous job.
Service, food, and beverages were phenomenal!!! Can’t wait to return!!
Folks are nice, it was certainly convenient (lunch before Hamilton show . For the price......it's meh. I had the Caesar salad which looked/tasted like cheddar cheese not asiago or parmesan on it. You couldn't get plain grilled chicken it had to be either blackened (ugh or fried. The chicken was cooked fine but the breading was a bit thick on it. The homemade croutons were really just Texas toast (why? . Tried the cornbread and it was ok I've had better, I've had worse. Ditto with the okra. They did screw up the order (my salad came with blackened chicken (again ugh and one of companions salad had the fried chicken (instead of the blackened . I do believe someone in the back just switched the chicken from one to the other (as opposed to remaking it fresh since there was some blackened chicken in the salad (did I mention UGH about blackened anything? Our waiter (Matthew was charming nothing wrong with his service just overall the place is average
