The Cajun fries are fantastic! However, the shake machine was "broken," which I thought only happened at McDonald's. There was also no ketchup available. The HVAC system seems to be malfunctioning, creating negative pressure—the air is being drawn in from outside, making it hard to open the door. A guy ahead of us even thought he was locked in! What User doesn't like about Five Guys:
This restaurant regularly screws up and/or cancel delivery order after acceptance, then neglect to pick up the phone to make it right. For example I have received several orders through their own app which had the proper ticket taped to the bag but the food was incorrect in the bag, they then leave the phone ringing for long periods with no answer. An hour waiting for delivery and the food was cold. $25 service fee plus tipp, which is an absolute demolition! I could have run there and back in less time.
I'd like to give the five young a few high five. super delicious burger and pommes. my opinion after one of the most beautiful chain restaurant burger. Typically, they order the cheeseburger “all the way” – with a buck of zupferde (which are all free) – and a small pommes. the frits correspond to different cup sizes, but they always exceed the cup size they want (see photos of fat quality below). the biggest part is the price – $14.95 for a cheeseburger and pommes is steep for fast eating.

You are certainly paying a lot for a burger at Five Guys, but the quality and freshness of the burger is unbeatable. They also have, in my opinion, the best fries out of any fast food burger chain!

They also have canceled multiple orders with no reasoning and after acceptance of the order, waiting instead until the driver shows up to pickup the food. This makes the customer wait hungry for 45 minutes and then have to place a new order. They suck!
