What User doesn't like about Fin Point Oyster Grille:
At this price point expectations should be impeccable service, a creative and locally-sourced menu, no clubby soundtrack in the dining room, and a more sophisticated (no t-shirts/shorts) clientele. Fine if you're staying at the Dagny hotel (we were), but would seek out Boston's better seafood establishments if you're in town for more than a night. View all feedback.
This restaurant is in the Dabny, where I was staying for work. I was exhausted and hungry so I wandered downstairs to the restaurant. They took incredible care of me, despite the fact that I was only one person. I ordered the tuna salad and it was lovely. Even though the place was incredibly busy on a Monday at lunch time, they didn't rush me or make me feel like I needed to get the heck out of there.. I would absolutely recommend this place to others. The wine list was very good as well.Dietary restrictions: They were quite attentive to me when I asked to hold the edamame. The server inquired about an allergy and cross contamination. I had no issues but it shows I could bring my Celiac friend here with zero problem.
Probably the best Eggs Benedict in Boston. Really worth a visit fro breakfast

Here 's the issue; the couple across from us started taking pictures of their drinks and food; in addition to their Iphone light, they had an additional strobe light shining on the food. Well, It was shining in my eyes, so I politely asked the girl to face the light the other way, and she said NO; then continued to defiantly shine the light in my direction. We asked to speak to the manager and he basically said Too bad, there was nothing he could do . Our server, Eliah, was great, as were the other wait staff. We could not believe the response from the manager. It was at the end of our meal so we just took the check. Our server was great, he apologised and gave us a desert to go as it was a birthday celebration for one of us, and he is also suffering from ALS. So too bad his night was ruined. Pretty rude manager, if you ask me, not to mention the cruel, disgusting couple with the light. Will not return.
