Dunkin' - Boston
Dunkin'
Description
The Dunkin' Donuts location in Brigham Circle, Boston, serves as a cherished morning stop for many professionals, particularly those at nearby hospitals. While the staff's efficiency in fulfilling app orders is commendable, service and drink quality can be inconsistent. Bilingual staff members enhance the experience in this linguistically diverse city, although minor oversights, like forgetting butter, can occur even during quiet hours. Despite some issues with product knowledge and quality, this Dunkin' remains a popular choice, celebrated for its friendly atmosphere and fast service amidst the bustling morning rush.

There are plenty of employees at this restaurant, all of whom are very friendly. However, the staff is not well organized. The caramel latte I ordered came without caramel, and the sausage egg donut was served cold, almost frozen. To make matters worse, they added more cold caramel to my latte, making it undrinkable unless I wanted to go home and warm it up. While the store and location are good, and the employees are nice, the lack of organization is a major problem. Perhaps hiring more skilled staff and offering better salaries could improve the situation. I won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.
