There are plenty of employees at this restaurant, all of whom are very friendly. However, the staff is not well organized. The caramel latte I ordered came with... read more There are plenty of employees at this restaurant, all of whom are very friendly. However, the staff is not well organized. The caramel latte I ordered came without caramel, and the sausage egg donut was served cold, almost frozen. To make matters worse, they added more cold caramel to my latte, making it undrinkable unless I wanted to go home and warm it up. While the store and location are good, and the employees are nice, the lack of organization is a major problem. Perhaps hiring more skilled staff and offering better salaries could improve the situation. I won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

Some days may be slower due... read more I always use the app to place my order at this restaurant, and despite the high traffic, the staff works quickly to fulfill orders. Some days may be slower due to high volume, but that's to be expected at a busy restaurant. It's one of my favorite spots in the city.
