Description

**Dining Experience Review: A Mixed Bag**

In a culinary landscape where expectations soar, this restaurant's recent performance leaves much to be desired. Customers encountered order mishaps, including incorrect items and undercooked food, marred by a lack of cleanliness and deteriorating facilities. While some have enjoyed warm service, long wait times and layout issues create a challenging atmosphere. Yet, bright spots emerged at select locations, where exceptional service and carefully crafted menu items like glazed blueberry donuts and caramel cream lattes shone through. It’s a reminder that while quality may falter at times, dedicated staff can spark joy amid the chaos.

This is a small nook in the hospital that is not handicapped accessible. The staff is rude but the policies are worse. They won’t sub anything on the menu even if you pay extra. This location is slow, don’t go in before an appt. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

On multiple occasions evening staff have been extremely rude and exhibited poor customer service. Collectively, the emergency department is tired of the poor service and rude attitude. The employee refused to give her name and told us to call her the girl with the red hair. She told us she does not care if she gets fired. “They think I care if they fire me”. People working in this establishment within in the hospital should exhibit better professionalism to those who come to work every day to care for others. Collectively we agree that she should no longer be employed at this location, and she obviously does not value her employment at this location. Also on multiple occasions they have closed early and stop making beverages because they wanted to leave earlier when times for the store are clearly posted.

I had a fantastic experience at Henry and Leo in the Proger Building. The staff was diligently cleaning the shop and were also wonderful at recommending the best donuts. My favorites are the glazed blueberry and the strawberry sprinkled ones! I ordered the caramel craze iced signature latte, and it was made perfectly—just the right amount of sweetness and a light touch of whipped cream, just as I requested. I ended up buying more donut holes because they greeted me with such warmth and created a joyful atmosphere for all customers. They truly are hard workers, and I want to give them a big shout-out—their excellent service really made my night, and they absolutely deserve a raise!
