The service is almost always quick, and the quality remains consistently high. The team is friendly and polite. I order from here regularly, and my experiences are nearly always in line with the expectations they set. Any rare issues I've encountered were due to unusual circumstances, which I completely understand. View all feedback.
What Sydney Lauren doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I placed an online order and received a notification an hour later that my pizza was complete, but it still hadn't been delivered. I called the restaurant, and they told me the driver was on the way. Another twenty minutes went by without any delivery, and the restaurant is only 0.6 miles from my location. View all feedback.
My worst experience ever in a restaurant. After 1hour trying to order 1 pizza. Complaining to us and being rude to us, just because we tried to order an offer. After trying to charge extra money to us without any reason. We ordered a pizza. They did itwrong, a complete different pizza than the one we ordered. And they got mad trying to blame us for their fail. Specially thegirl with red hair. If anyone reads this, do not go to this place.
Alex the manager is RUDE. I called to ask where my order was an hour after I placed it because it said 30 min to delivery had remained on prep for all of that time. Alex said they were backed up and it would be 1-1.5 hour more. Fine. Then I call backafter 1+ hour, he says another 1-1.5 hour....?? He was sooo rude and he hung up the phone. After hours of waiting canceled theorder. Will not be ordering ever again
Wicked bad delivery experience with a driver. I went outside to get my 1am delivery and he proceeded to hassle me about not tipping 15%. Didn't exactly make me feel safe, and for the record, harassing me doesn't make me wanna tip you more! Also they forgot my icing with the cinnamon sticks.
Zero stars if I could. People working here are rude and useless. They can barely speak English or perhaps they do but just don't want converse with you as I suspect. The Pizza is such garbage I a homeless person would dare not eat it. I don't know how Corporate Dominos allows this franchise to continue operating. One possible reason is the consistent flow of drunk teenagers from Fenway. When ever I walk by that's who's eating this rat sh*t. Kids who are sooo completely obliterated from drinking they wouldn't know the difference between scarfing down a dirty shoe and this trash. If your hungry and there's nothing open late at night do your body a favour and just go to sleep and pass on this one!
Let me start off by saying that I have been a loyal Domino's customer since they changed their recipe around 2010. This Domino's makes me prefer the cardboard era. I typically order online and do carryout, as I live close enough to pick it up myself. The few times I've been here, I have seen no one manning the register. No one. More often than not, my pizza looks bare, as if someone reached into the topping bin and pinched out toppings and haphazardly dropped them on to dough. It makes eating for vegetarian friends a bit of a hassle when they have to pick off meat on what was supposed to be a veggie only side. My experience with delivery has, believe it or not, been worse. Not only did the driver barely speak English, but he got lost, and I had to guide him to my location, and he still had the gall to ask for tip. As for my order I asked for extra sauce, and the pizza maker gave me almost no cheese, and the crust was soggy. Bottom line pizza is pizza when you want it. In this case, I'd rather go to Blaze down the road. It's quicker and it's simply better.
