City Table - Boston

Our dinner was superb we both had the Sesame Pan seared tuna and it was cooked perfectly! Our server was attentive but not intrusive and the atmoshere was relaxed and comfortable. We'll definitly dine here again!

Unfortunately, the flatbread tasted like a frozen pizza. I would not recommend it. The city steak was more like rib meat off the bone, but asparagus was good. Salmon was good per my son but not the best he has had. Food was below average for the cost.

I have visited this restaurant for breakfast multiple times. It may be a bit pricey, but the atmosphere is nice and relaxed, the food is great, and the service is excellent. It is definitely one of my favorite spots. I can't wait to come back again next time.

My experience at City Table was fantastic once again. I ordered the brie burger with a fried egg on top, but switched the cheese to cheddar with no issue. The ****** Mary was delicious and the Irish coffee was just as delightful. The burger was cooked perfectly to medium, although I would have preferred the egg to be runny. This is the fifth time I have dined at City Table since moving to Boston in 2022, and I have always been pleased with the brunch options. The service was excellent as usual.

They sat us at the loudest, most horrific table right near the kitchen and the bathrooms. when I asked to move because we wanted something more quiet, they sat us at an even louder table right by the door. It was also drafty and the music was so loud you couldn’t hear. The food itself was typical basic American food the kind of thing that gives you heart disease, but that’s what my parents wanted. I literally live a couple blocks away, I vehemently do not recommend it. I just made sure to tell the concierge in this building to take them off the list for the recommended places for residents. It’s really that bad.
