Came here with my buddy on the recommendation of an uber driver. Food was great, prices were great, and the atmosphere with the live music and families dancing was exactly what I was hoping for. Very strongly recommend you give this authentic Cape Verde spot a try Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Cesar’s Restaurant truly exceeded expectations. I visited during their buffet service and was blown away by the quality and flavor of the food — especially the seafood and the rice dishes. The seafood was exceptionally fresh and expertly prepared. Each item — from the shrimp to the fish — was tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. Nothing was overdone or rubbery, which can be a challenge with buffet-style seafood. You could tell great care was taken in preparation. The rice was equally impressive. Perfectly fluffy with just the right amount of seasoning, it served as the ideal complement to the seafood. Simple, well-executed, and satisfying. The staff was friendly, attentive, and kept the buffet clean and well-stocked throughout the evening. The atmosphere was relaxed but classy, making it a great spot for both casual dining and special occasions. Really enjoyed the Cape Verde inspired food and the live music here. Despite a large private party going on in the restaurant, the service was above average and food came out of the kitchen in a timely manner. We had the linguica appetizer which was flavorful and slightly spicy, but quite tasty. My wife had the grilled steak tips and I had the franga churrasco (Cape Verde style grilled chicken). Both were very flavorful and delicious.
