Carmelina's - Boston

This restaurant in Little Italy is one of the best spots around. The food was delicious and the service was satisfactory.

I feel fortunate that we were able to get a table without making reservations, after reading posts and reviews. After a long flight back from Florida, the Italian cuisine at this restaurant was just what we needed. The Rollati dish is amazing - I have never tried anything like it before, definitely worth a visit.

I have visited Carmelinas three times now and each time I have been extremely impressed by the food. The portions are generous and the dishes are truly authentic Italian. You can taste the homemade pasta, which is a must for any restaurant in Little Italy. My favorite dish is the bolognese; it is hearty, delicious, and full of flavor. The waitstaff have always been very kind to my family and me during our visits. While getting a reservation may be challenging due to high demand and limited seating, it is definitely worth the effort.

The exploding little neck clams were spectacular. The Sunday Macaroni was very good, felt very homey. But nothing can match the clams!

This place was fantastic. Everything perfectly cooked. Could of used a refill on bread (only two pieces for two people). Would give 4.5 stars. Definitely get the brasato.
