On 9/09/2023 I received an expired soda dated May 1st along with my order. The name isn't correct. It's still Cappy's Pizza. The pizza is better now then it was before. The extra cheese, large pizza does not disappoint
On September 9, 2023, I received an expired soda, dated May 1, with my order. I've been a customer here for years, but I have never experienced such terrible and rude customer service as I did tonight. After waiting an additional 30 minutes due to the expired soda, I called to address the issue. The person I spoke with repeatedly insisted that they receive weekly soda deliveries. I explained that as soon as we received our food, we checked the soda date. Instead of taking responsibility and offering to replace it right away, they chose to argue and deny their mistake. I'm very disappointed and cannot recommend Cappy's Pizza to anyone.
The service was average, not outstanding. The cheeseburger was undercooked, and the subs lacked seasoning. It was quite disappointing, as it seems there’s been a change in cooks. The food used to be consistently delicious, but now it just tastes bland.
Amazing food!!! Literally such an amazing pizza than the one's on near northeastern University. Must visit place!!
They always treat me right and are one of my favorites
