Superb sangria, and delighted to see an Aberdeen scarf amongst the collection on the roof!
I absolutely love this place! It's a must-visit before we head home for the night. There's always a table available by the window!
A hidden gem in Boston's North End, this delightful European café is staffed by wonderful people. Their cannolis are among the best you'll find in the city.
Excellent cappuccino, great atmosphere. Do good to be back to my old haunts.
I absolutely love the North End. It's wonderful to witness the Italian traditions, no matter how ancient, still thriving today.
The Italian cafe offers a quick pick-me-up for weary tourists, with great coffees, drinks, and snacks at reasonable prices. The classic interior gives an authentic feel, making it a fantastic spot for martinis and after-dinner drinks. The mocha latte is described as heavenly, despite the lack of latte art. The ambiance is cozy, with packed tables and a mix of people. The cafe is a popular spot for cannolis, gelato, and various drinks. The owner is known for his friendly interactions with customers, making it a must-stop destination in Boston's North End. Overall, the cafe offers a taste of Italy with its beverages and treats, making it a charming spot for locals and visitors alike.

Cool little place to grab some drinks and chill out. Their pistachio martini was great as well as the Irish coffee. Great atmosphere too.
Nice caffe with excellent gelato and excellent affogato.
As many have mentioned, the owner or manager is quite rude. We ordered a drink and a bottle of water. Unfortunately, due to the hot weather, the condensation on the glass bottle caused it to slip and fall on the floor. The wait staff was very kind and cleaned it up without any issues. However, the owner/manager reacted as if it was the most appalling thing she had ever witnessed. We paid for the water, but we were never offered a replacement or given any other options. This is not a good way to retain customers. I recommend looking elsewhere; there are much better places to spend your money.
The staff was extremely friendly, and both the gelato and chocolate martini were absolutely delightful. We highly recommend making this a stop on your next trip to Boston!
Absolute worst service ever. Got scolded like a child for taking a bite of a pastry that I had from another cafe even though I still spent $60 on coffee and gelatos at their cafe. Terribly rude. They should worry more about their terrible tasting gelato and pastries. The manager couldn’t even come over and say something herself, but instead had an employee come over and say something. Save your money and go to the other cafes in the north end that don’t treat you terribly.

My co-worker and I were in the area last Monday for a wine class that was apparently postponed.
Filled to order cannoli (period) (full stop). All the fools who go to Modern or Mike's for pre-made, soggy cannolis by the box are missing out on the best,
Very unimpressedThe service and atmosphere was very weird.
Beverages are good, cake isn't very fresh since we went at 9:00. The sorbet tastes like homemade frozen berry mix Lol
More spacious than you would think right in the heart of the North End. Great for a after dinner treat and coffee. Fully open entrance, so it should watch or in the nightlife, great for drinking an espresso and people.

This cafe is cute and dimly lit, has a bit of a romantic ambiance but make it European. The desserts are good you get exactly what you would expect. The pistachio martini is pretty strong, just how I like it : There is occasionally a man with a guitar playing live music and he goes from table to table performing. It's cute! Overall, a nice place to catch up with friends over drinks and dessert.
PROS: This is the most authentic Italian caffe I've ever been to. It has the Italian atmosphere, everything was made from scratch, the staff spoke Italian, the music was even on point. The order came out fast, large menu variety, and they prohibit you from working on your computer on the weekends so it prevents people from hogging the tables CONS: Scarce parking as its only street parking. it also gets very cramped inside OVERALL: I would definitely come and check this place out. Despite the parking issue, as long as you're in the area you'll love it here
Espresso Martini, affogato and cannoli are very good! Service was fast, and everyone was friendly and attentive. It was crowded and loud when we stopped in around 8pm, seating was very tight, not for big groups.
Caffe Paradiso Love!! Never disappoints! Four of us. Four perfectly perfect cannoli, 2 Cappuccinos from heaven and two delectable Hot Chocolates! We added 4 champagne cookies for a twist and they also lived up to standards! When in Boston Cafe Paradiso is my choice. I have been going there for over 30 yrs
Most disappointing pistachio gelato I've ever had. Fake flavor. Coffee gelato was also lacking in flavor. Too bad because it's a nice place.

A very busy intimate Italian Cafe. The Espresso Dupio and Pistachio sponge cake was phenomenal! This is a must stop in Boston if you are visiting! The Owner Louie said “I was hanging with the locals”. This is evident in the many patrons that he knew their order. I was very impressed and would definitely be back next time around!
I went to this place a few years ago but I thought Id share my experience. Firstly staff were good, nothing special, but the coffees were delicious!
Best espresso martini I’ve ever had. Every time I’m in Boston this is a must visit place
I just adore this cafe! The gelato is wonderful rivals what I’ve had in Italy. Coffee is strong and made just right
Great little spot to walk in for a coffee, cannoli, or gelato in the north end. It's a bit dated and my latte was just so-so, but the cannolis are good and there wasn't a wait.

More spacious than you would think located right in the heart of the North End. Great for an after dinner treat and coffee. Completely open entrance so it should or into the nightlife, great for drinking an espresso and people watching.
Drinks are good, cake is not very fresh since we went around 9. The sorbet tastes like homemade frozen berry mix blend lol
We set out to eat at Mike?s but the line was crazy and they had signs up saying they just took cash ???????????????So we popped in here. It was fast and friendly and the cannolis were AWESOME. I also had pistachio gelato and a pistachio martini. Supergood. Thank you ????????
Very nice bar for resting after saw the beautiful Boston North End
Went inside and ordered two gelatos to go, then asked to get a cappuccino, which you order at the back counter. Two others in my party sat down at an open table, but the staff told them they couldn?t sit down because the gelatos were to go. So I said Iwanted a cappuccino for here, so can we stay, and just add up everything on one tab, and they?re like, no, you ordered to go. SoI apologized for changing my mind, but then offered to buy more dessert so we could stay, but I guess that?s not allowed onceyou order gelato? ??????? There were about a half dozen open tables, so I don?t think I was taking a table away from otherpotential customers. Long story short, go visit another nearby cafe that doesn?t have such rigid, inflexible rules and has apositive attitude to offer options to customers rather than insisting ?you ordered to go, so you can?t sit down?

Very much an authentic and classic Italian cafe. Stop in here if you want a quick pick me up. This is best suited for a coffee, drink, alcoholic beverage, or snack. This isn’t meant for full site down meals. To the weary tourist, this is the spot to sit and gather your thoughts. Mixed drinks were good, and the coffees were on point. Quick in and out. Great in mild weather with the doors open. Reasonable prices.
Fantastic place for martinis and after dinner drinks. Friendly staff, delicious drinks, and authentic interior. My only knock is that the drinks are a bit on the expensive side.
Best mocha latte in Boston the most crema, the perfect sweet to bitter ratio, high quality chocolate, no swan or leaves art pattern but I won't hold that against them because the mocha is a bit of heaven in a cup. When the weather is mild and the front wall is open, this is a pleasant place to sip your fabulous mocha and watch the river of tourists go by, if you don't mind the cars and trucks of Hanover Street slowly rolling by as well.
Pistachio gelato is to die for!! And coffee is so good!! Truly a gem in North End, and so is Miss Adriana!!
